News to Highlight 

•  Digital Humanities Australasia Conference (DHA2025)

Digital Archipelagos invites submissions for a four-day interdisciplinary Digital Humanities conference on the lands of the Ngunnawal and Ngambri people at The Australian National University, hosted by the HASS Digital Research Hub and the Research School of Humanities and the Arts.

The main conference will run from midday on 3 December, with pre-meetings, workshops and allied events on 2 December, including the Canadian Australian Partnership for Open Scholarship (CAPOS) gathering

•  Open Call for the 7th Encuentro de Humanistas Digitales

The Red de Humanidades Digitales and Tecnológico de Monterrey invite participation in the 7th Digital Humanists Meeting, to be held on October 15–17, 2025, at Tecnológico de Monterrey, Monterrey Campus, in both in-person and virtual formats. Topics include digital migration, alternative cultures, cultural heritage, data feminism, artificial intelligence, and more. Proposals may take the form of papers, workshops, posters, demos, or panels.

•  New Journal in Digital Humanities from India

Digital Humanities Intersections (DHI) is an open-access, peer-reviewed journal dedicated to multilingual and interdisciplinary research in Digital Humanities. Published by KSHIP, IIT Indore, it focuses on applications and reflections of digital methods and humanities research. - Born Digital, born multilingual

DH2025 Updates

•  New deadline for general registration is June 9 and for online participation is June 30, 2025

The Local Organising Committee for DH2025 has extended the registration deadline. To register, please visit the ConfTool, where you will find all the necessary information and forms to complete your registration.

 

•  "Libraries & DH: Histories, Perspectives, Prospects" Mini-Conference at DH2025

The ADHO "Libraries & DH" Special Interest group, together with several allied organizations, will be hosting a daylong (afternoon+evening) mini-conference during the DH2025 pre-conference workshop period, offering both in-person and (free) remote participation.

•  Join DH-WoGeM at ACH & DH conferences this summer!

DH-WoGeM is pleased to be hosting a panel at ACH2025 and a mimi-conference at DH2025. We hope you'll join us for one or both:  Virtual ACH2025 panel: "Women and Gender Minorities in DH building community by coming together" - schedule to be announced at https://ach2025.ach.org/en/.
